Julie learned sewing at a young age. Instructed by her sweet mother, she would sew all sorts of things to wear. After having children of her own, Julie decided to begin teaching her own sewing classes. Now, her basement sewing room is filled with sewing projects she's sewn and even patterned herself. When Julie isn't found at the sewing machine, she is found spending time with her husband Kurt or her beautiful grandkids, at the ballpark, or skiing with her peeps! Julie's idea of teaching sewing is to make it fun and enjoyable for each of her students. Through her enthusiasm, sewing becomes not only a learned skill, but a fun one too!
